Who is Frances Fomai?

Turning down a partnership with a former media company, Frances Fomai launched LML Logistics, a freight dispatch company better known as Dispatch Help. Frances assisted in recreating the company logo that was inspired by her sister who was in truck driving school to get her CLASS A license. While designing the logo a clothing brand was born called CLASS A CHICKS. This line was dedicated to women in trucking. Creating an identity of sisterhood in a male-dominated industry. Frances' sister had taken a hiatus to pursue other endeavors, but Frances continued with dispatching. In a parking lot conversation, a new opportunity presented itself to partner with a new freight brokerage rm in the Los Angeles area which she still holds tenure. Now she adds author to her list of accomplishments with the new book: “Can You Hear Me?.”

“You got a problem!” This week must have been deja vu because my kid, a co-worker, and a close friend said the same damn thing. I don’t know what it was, but those words resonated something inside of me that I just couldn’t shake.

In the book, "Can You Hear Me?" Fighting through the dysfunction of cultural conditioning influenced the breakdown of communication with her children who were turning into young adults. That same energy poured into her workspace and love life. Faced with a decision to keep the old traditions or finally take ownership of terrible behavior that no longer served her. The environment was calling her to change and it was a painful journey of self-discovery.
